Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer services in my state?

We are currently rolling out product opportunities across all 50 states but do not have attorney fulfilled services across the same states. Once you fill in the form, a representative will contact you and discuss opportunities in your state. If none exist, you will be added to our list of potential providers when attorney fulfilled products are deployed in your state.

Is there a sign-up fee or annual cost?

No

Will I get paid for services I provide Divorce.com customers?

Yes. We feel that for everyone to be providing the best possible service to Divorce.com customers, everyone should be fairly compensated.

Are these opportunities limited to contested divorces only?

No. We have launched a few products (e.g., prenuptial agreements and mediation) that do not involve contested matters. Our goal is to provide a variety of attorney fulfilled family law services, not just for divorce.
